On August 19th, 2020, in alignment with industry standards, Panopto will be disabling support for TLS 1.0/1.1. TLS is an encryption protocol that is used by browsers to encrypt traffic and ensure a secure browsing experience. Today, TLS 1.2 is considered to be secure, and is used by most browsers today.
On Thursday, August 6th, Panopto will be testing this change by temporarily disabling support for TLS 1.0/1.1 for a period of 2 hours. If you are experiencing login issues during the below testing period, please contact Humber’s Panopto Support Team.
