Active Issue: When using the Firefox browser, the Panopto Portal does not fully load within the Blackboard Ultra course view.
Impact: Employees and students cannot use the Panopto portal to view or create Panopto videos from within Blackboard Ultra.
Workaround: Use the Chrome browser for full compatibility with Panopto in Blackboard Ultra.
