Humber’s Panopto Platform was successfully migrated to Canadian servers on Saturday, January 18th.
Over the next week, we are asking all Panopto users to login and verify that their content is working as it should. If you discover that there is an issue with your Panopto content, it is important that you reach out to Humber’s Panopto Support Team at panopto@humber.ca by no later than Tuesday, January 28th, 2020.
As a reminder, those who use Panopto apps, run events, or use Panopto quizzes have steps to follow
- If you are using the Desktop and Mobile apps, you will be required to launch the app again via the Panopto website. See “Reconfiguring your Panopto App for the Canadian Migration” for more information.
- If you run events, or use any other software with Panopto, you are required to reconfigure your applications, RTMP keys, etc. See the “Reconfiguring Advanced Applications in Panopto” for more information.
- If you have embedded a Panopto Quiz into your Blackboard course, it will need to be re-connected. See the “Re-Connecting your Panopto Quizzes after the Canadian Migration” for more information.
